This journal is published by the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Bangka Belitung.

Zoning: Journal of Urban and Regional Planning published every six months, that is, May and October (2 Issues per year) and aimed to be a medium for publishing scientific articles for lecturers or researchers

All praise be to Allah SWT., ZONING: Journal of Urban and Regional Planning, Vol. 2 No. 1 (2025) has been officially published. This issue marks the second edition of the journal and features five scholarly articles contributed by authors from various academic and institutional affiliations. The topics presented in this edition cover a diverse range of themes in urban and regional planning.

We sincerely thank all contributors for their support and commitment to this publication. We also warmly welcome any feedback and constructive suggestions for the continuous improvement of ZONING: Journal of Urban and Regional Planning.
